Logistics and expectations

• Participants were expected to attend the whole event, be mentally present, and participate in discussions.
• A laptop or tablet was recommended because the workshop involved editing, collaboration, and drawing.
• The event was in English, while other languages were welcome in groups when everyone was comfortable.
• There were no registration fees. Limited shared hostel rooms were available for student participants at no cost.
